Never Waste A Ticket 
As a season ticket holder, you never have to worry about what to do with tickets you can't use! When you know in advance that you will not be able to attend a game, you may exchange future game tickets for other future games, subject to availability. Additionally, when you know in advance that you would like to attain more tickets for a game in which you already have tickets, you can borrow tickets from a future game and pull them into a game for which you need tickets. Ticket exchanges must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the game you are exchanging for and/or the date and time printed on the tickets to be exchanged. Ticket exchanges can be completed and forwarded free by using your online account, or you may do it at the ticket office during business hours with the physical tickets.

Ticket Policies

• All sales placed via phone, window or online are final at processing. 
• For all ticketed athletics events by UMass Lowell, every attendee must have a ticket, with exception for children aged 2 & younger who do not require their own seat. 
• UMass Lowell is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets. Tickets may be able to be reprinted from your account if they have not been transferred. 
• All address changes for ticket shipments, ticket mailings, application mailings and any additional correspondences must be submitted via formal written request via mail or email. The written request must come from the original ticket holder, in order to maintain accurate and secure records.
• UMass Lowell reserves the right to change the date, opponent and start time of any event. These changes will not entitle the ticket holder to a refund. All changes will be communicated through local media and GoRiverHawks.com.

COVID-19 Ticket Policies

• In the event of a game cancelation or postponement due to COVID-19 precautions, a full refund will be made available for your ticket purchase.

Game Day Ticket Sales

• Ticket sales will begin two (2) hours prior to each game at the Costello Athletic Center if the game falls outside of traditional business hours.
• The Box Office accepts cash, check, and all major credit cards as payment methods.

Will Call Information

• Will Call will be open one (1) hour prior to each game at the main entrance to the Tsongas Center and Costello Athletic Center box offices.
• Please have a valid photo ID in order to retrieve your tickets. 

Player Guest Ticket Information

• Player guests may pick up their tickets beginning one (1) hour prior to each game at the main entrance to the Tsongas Center and Costello Athletic Center box offices.
• Please have a valid photo ID in order to retrieve your tickets. 

Media Will Call

• Media Will Call will be located at the main entrance to the Tsongas Center and Costello Athletic Center beginning one (1) hour prior to each game.

Student Tickets

• Students may enter through the student entrance in the main lobby of the Tsongas Center Student Entrance beginning 60 minutes prior to each game.
• Students may enter through the main entrance of the Costello Athletic Center beginning one (1) hour prior to each game.
• All students receive FREE admission to athletic events with a valid UMass Lowell ID and the River Hawks Student Rewards App.
