After a stellar women's Friday, the UMass Lowell men enter the Boston University Terrier Invitational at he BU Track & Tennis Center. Day 2 Real-Time Results On Friday, senior Haley Catarius placed fifth overall (tops among Division II and III runners) and provisionally qualified for the NCAAs in the 800 meters. She also led UMass Lowell's 4X400 meter relay team to fourth place in 3:54.75, also an NCAA provisional mark. Additionally, senior Jacqui Barrett placed second in the shot put with a distance of 47 feet, 5.75 inches, marking a personal best and the second time she eclipsed th NCAA automatic qualifying mark. |
