AS A SOPHOMORE: Appeared in 20 games, making 16 starts on the year • Amassed a .273 batting average with 12 hits in 44 at bats • Tallied a pair of RBI and a stolen base.
AS A FRESHMAN: Appeared in 40 games, making 38 starts for the River Hawks • Amassed a .186 batting average with 6 RBI and 11 walks on the year • Had a .930 fielding percentage • Enjoyed a season-best two hits in a 6-0 loss to Southern Connecticut on April 5 • Had her first collegiate hit on March 15 in a 5-0 loss to Central Missouri.
DRACUT HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years of varsity softball for coach Artie Notini at Dracut High School • Served as a three-year captain of the Middies • Also played volleyball at DHS.
PERSONAL: One of five children of Elaine and Richard Ford of Dracut, Mass. • Has a twin, Casey, along with 10 nieces and nephews • Nicknamed "Ford" • Lists the Boston Red Sox as her favorite professional sports team • Majoring in Psychology and minoring in Education, with aspirations to one day become a first grade teacher.
