Seniors Molly Clay (Rockport, MA), Jaci Moulton (Baldwinville, MA), Ashley Smith (Killingworth, CT) and Laura Sullivan (Norwood, MA) have been selected by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association to participate in the 2009 Division II North/South Senior All-Star Game, as announced by Executive Director Jennifer Goodrich, on Wednesday.

The game takes place every year after the season is over, honoring student-athletes that have contributed greatly to their programs over the past four years. This year's event will take place on Saturday, Nov. 21 at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC at 3:30 p.m.

The North squad is comprised of 18 student-athletes from seven NE-10 schools. UMass Lowell and Bentley each have four representatives, the most of any northern school, while Bloomsburg and Shippensburg each have five student-athletes playing on the South team.  The other five schools represented on the North team include Merrimack, Saint Michael's, Southern Connecticut State, Stonehill and Assumption, which all have two student-athletes participating.

Clay has seen action in 78 games over the past four years and started 63. She has tallied 36 points on 12 goals and 10 assists in her career and has been named to the NFHCA National All-Academic squad three times. She has been honored as a Northeast-10 Second Team All-Conference selection for her play at midfield.

Moulton has seen action in 80 games, starting 77, while at UMass Lowell. In 2007, she was named NE-10 Offensive Player of the Year and has been an NFHCA Division II First Team All-American. She is a two-time Northeast-10 First Team All-Conference selection and has tallied 47 goals and 23 assists for 117 points in her career.

Smith was named the inaugural NE-10 Defensive Player of the Week in 2009 and has been named to the NE-10 All-Conference Second Team. She has played in 84 games, starting all but three and tallied a goal and six assists for eight career points.

Sullivan is an NFHCA Second Team All-American and NE-10 First Team All-Conference recipient. She has played in 73 games during her career, starting 64 and tallying three assists while at UMass Lowell.
