AS A SENIOR: Selected as a Longstreth/NFCHA First Team All-American Named to the NCAA Championship All-Tournament Team Honored as a member of the Northeast-10 All-Conference Second Team Named Northeast-10 Defensive Player of the Week on Aug. 31 for her stellar efforts on the back line during an opening week when the River Hawks allowed zero goals in two wins against Millersville and Indiana (PA) Started all 24 games for the River hawks, tallying five assists in 2009 Made one defensive save on the year. AS A JUNIOR: Named a Northeast-10 Second Team All-Star Saw action in all 25 games Tallied three assists on the year. AS A SOPHOMORE: Played and started in 19 of 22 games. AS A FRESHMAN: Played in all 23 games and notched one goal on the year. HADDAM-KILLINGWORTH HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year varsity field hockey player for coach Patsy Kamercia at Haddam-Killingworth High School Three-time First Team All-Shoreline recipient and Scholar Athlete First Team All-State honoree Captained the team her senior year Won team's Most Versatile Player and Team Intensity Award Also played four years of varsity basketball and lacrosse and captained both teams, as well High Honor Roll student and member of the National Honor Society Academic achievement award recipient for Ancient World History, Modern World History and U.S. History Recipient of the CIAC Scholar Athlete Award.
