The UMass Lowell women's and men's basketball teams host Stonehill College Saturday afternoon (1:00/4:30) in a pair of Northeast-10 Conference clashes at the Costello Athletic Center. Women's Live Stats The UMass Lowell women look for their third straight win folloiwing victories over Saint Michael's (64-62) Wednesday and at Southern Connecticut last Saturday (72-66, OT). The River Hawks also look to reward Head Coach Kathy O'Neil with the 400th win of her career as she currently stands at 399-307. Five minutes before tipoff, the Kathy O'Neil Endowment Fund will be unveiled at center court, followed by a reception after the game at the Costello Auxiliary Gymnasium. On the men's side, UMass Lowell is also looking for its third straight victory following Wednesday's 85-82 win over Saint Michael's, in which the River Hawks erased a 24-point deficit with 11 minutes to go in regulation with a 39-15 run. UMass Lowell visits Southern New Hampshire Tuesday (5:30/7:30) and returns home Saturday to host Merrimack (2:00/4:00). |
