AS A SENIOR: INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: NCAA Championship qualifier in the 4X400 meter relay, seeded sixth with a time of 3:13.69.
AS A JUNIOR: All-American in the indoor 4X400 meter relay (fifth, 3:16.68) and outdoor 4X400 relay (sixth, 3:12.07) • New England Champion in the 4X400 meter relay (3:10.90) with the sixth-fastest time in the country • All-New England in the indoor 400 meter dash (seventh, 49.54) • 2009-10 Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.
AS A SOPHOMORE: Three-time All-New England in the indoor 4X400 relay (fourth, 3:18.44), outdoor 400 meter hurdles (second, 53.24) and 4X100 relay (fifth, 42.97) • NE-10 champion in the 400 meter hurdles (53.98) and 110 hurdles (15.08).
AS A FRESHMAN: Two-time All-New England in the indoor season: heptathlon (4th, 4,438) and the 55 meter hurdles (7th, 7.79) • NE-10 Track Freshman of the Week once.
SALEM H.S.: Ran three years of indoor and outdoor track for Jack Gati at Salem High School • Voted team captain two times and Most Valuable Player four times • School records in the 110 m high hurdles (14.4 seconds), 4X400 meter relay (3:25.8), 55 meter hurdles (7.5), 300 meter hurdles (39.1) and 4X100 meter relay (42.8) • State champion in 55 meter hurdles • State runner-up in 110 meter hurdles • Member of 4X100 meter relay state champion team • State decathalon champion • State champion in 300 meter hurdles • Voted Best Spring Athlete and the state's Athlete of the Month in June • Also played football at SHS.
