AS A JUNIOR: INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: NCAA Championship qualifier in the 400 meter dash, seeded fifth with a time of 47.94 seconds Also qualified in the 4X400 meter relay, seeded fourth with a time of 3:13.69 Northeast-10 Conference Track Athlete of the Week once.
AS A SOPHOMORE: INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: All-American in the 400 meter dash (7th, 49.27) and the 4X400 relay (5th, 3:16.68) New England Champion in the 4X400 meter relay (3:13.92) All-New England in the 400 meter dash (2nd, 47.25) Northeast-10 Conference champion in the 400 meter dash (49.20) OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Posted the eighth-fastest time in the country in the 400 meter hurdles (52.25), but withdrew from the NCAAs due to injury.

BRIDGEWATER-RAYNHAM H.S.: Ran four years of varsity track for Paul Urban, Jr. at Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School All-State selection New England Champion 110 m hurdles Division 1 champion in 2006; Tied 11th nationally in the event Also earned All-State accolades for indoor track Division 1 and New England champion in the 55 m hurdles Old Colony League 55m and 110 m hurdles champion OCL 4 X 200 m indoor and 4 x 100 m outdoor champion as a senior Voted Bridgewater-Raynham's Most Athletic in 2006 Also played soccer at BRRHS.
