Ray Allen and Armond Hill arrived early [to the Boston Celtics' open practice at the Tsongas Arena in Lowell on Friday] to speak with the UMass-Lowell men's hoop team. Allen spoke to the players about putting in the work to take ownership of the team.

"It's exactly the kind of thing our guys needed to hear," said coach Greg Herenda.
