What if I don’t know the exact number of students and chaperones attending?
Please put your best estimate. We appreciate you being as precise as possible, but understand it is difficult to be exact so far in advance. You will have opportunities as the game draws closer to provide us with your exact number.
Who should be the contact for the school?
The contact for the school will receive important information from UMass Lowell Athletics related to the event on a regular basis. Due to this, we recommend the contact be a full time employee at the school.
How will students and chaperones get tickets?
Tickets can either be mailed to the school in advance or picked up on the day of the game. Please note that registration and final number submission for your school will be due no later than 3 weeks prior to the game date to allow UMass Lowell Athletics staff to prepare seating for all our schools attending the game.
What if parents want to attend, but not as chaperones?
If anyone else from the school is interested in attending they are welcome to buy a ticket in advance at the Tsongas Center box office or on
www.GoRiverHawks.com. Tickets can also be purchased at the Tsongas Center Box Office the day of the game. They will not be able to sit with the school.
Where do students put their lunch?
Students can bring their lunch into the Tsongas Center on game day. Lunches can either be brought in one big box or cooler or students can carry their own lunch and keep it under their assigned seat.
Can we buy lunch at the game?
Yes! The concession stands will be open during the game.
Do we have to pay for parking for our bus(es)?
The lots to the right of the Tsongas Center will be for buses to park
FREE of charge. You will receive more information as the event approaches with details.
How much does this event cost?
The cost for students is $5 and UMass Lowell Athletics will provide complimentary tickets to chaperones, teachers, administrators and bus drivers.
