Tsongas Center was named after Lowell native and former U.S. Senator Paul Tsongas
The arena features five luxury suites and a press box with three rows of space. The arena is filled with chairback seats that extend down to ice/court level from the upper concourse area at the top of the seating sections

Parking is available in the garage located on John F. Cox Circle in front of the arena, along with three parking lots located on the east side of the center
