The term "mulligan" is really a contraction of the phrase "maul it again." ~ Unknown

The tournament format includes four flights and is open to all golfers for $200 per player package. Our scramble format allows anyone to join in, regardless of expertise. Golfers can compete for awards like the Championship Flight, Academic Cup, Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive for both men and women and more. After play, golfers will enjoy a post-tournament banquet provided by the University's excellent caterer, ARAMARK. Participants will receive bountiful goody bags, special contest holes, lots of prizes and raffles, and good times for all.

Golf begins at 1:30 pm shotgun start. Participants are urged to arrive at the golf course approximately 45-60 minutes prior to your scheduled tee-off to register, have something to eat, and to go to the driving range or putting green.

Method of Play: "The River Hawk Scramble." Each player will hit a tee shot. After selecting the best drive, all other players will pick up their ball and proceed to the location of the selected drive. At this point, each player hits the second shot from within one club length, no closer to the hole, of the ball selected (ball should be marked and cleaned). This procedure is used for every shot from tee through green. There will be four discrete flights separated by total team handicap.

The River Hawk Card: Each player may purchase one River Hawk Card which entitles you access to contest holes, raffles, two mulligans and many other benefits - all for only $25!   A mulligan may be used for any stroke at any time except for tee shots on ALL contest holes. These holes are 2, 6, 11, 15, and 17.

Please note: Each mulligan is good for only ONE shot for ONE player. Those players who received a Holiday Mulligan this year may use this mulligan for an extra BONUS shot.
